Releaf
Releaf is a non-profit orgainsation that provides care and support to youths with mental illnesses. We collaborate with other organisations such as SAMH, IMH and Campus PSY to bring in the most experienced ambassadors, trainers and counselors to help struggling youths today in Singapore.
How can we provide youths with mental illness with care and support?
We organise physical workshops educating youths on mental health literacy, stress management and seeking help. We provide online consultation for both individuals and families and our forum, HealingChat, allows people to share their experiences or ask questions. Members of the public can sign up to be a volunteer for either Releaf or Campus PSY. Interested ones will be trained by Campus PSY on how to be a peer supporter for youths.
